Quail Lodge Clubhouse

I was here for a board dinner and meeting. Fun news - I was able to play pickleball. The pro fixed us up to play in the morning. I greatly appreciated how all the staff were very well trained in customer service. The board dinner was outside on their terrace - delicious and lovely presentation. I loved my room by the pond on the fairway and only a few miles from Carmel for a hike on the beaches.

This review is regarding the golf Pro Shop only. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I went to the Pro Shop this morning 5/31 @ ~9:35am to look for items to buy. There were two guys behind the check-in counter just talking to each other and didn't even say a word to me when I was looking at things to buy. I've never encountered anything like this, where you weren't greeted or asked if they could help you find something. I just walked out of the shop, and when walking towards the golf bag check-in, the guys greeted me, and they were really nice! Although I like the course and have recommended it to guys that I know, I won't play this course or recommend it again!

My Son-in-Law says this may become an annual trip for us. Yaaay! I highly recommend golfers to give this GC a try. I am very Impressed with the Service, & Courtesy of the Staff here, starting from the bag drop, to the Pro Shop, to the Restaurant, to the Check- in, & Marshalls. Outstanding Service.
