Maris at Martinez

Hi, I recently moved in to Maris at Martinez and my experience has been nothing but exceptional, Rasheeda and Bri have both been super kind, patient and helpful throughout my stay here. Bri guided me through the process of moving in and was super helpful in helping me find the best apartment for me and my family. I highly recommend moving here. The neighborhood is also super nice. Anthony, who is in charge of maintenance also works super quickly and does great work!

***WARNING DO NOT RENT HERE**** Sharing my parents-in-laws experience after living here for 14 years. After a horrible rat infestation that was never adequately addressed, never cleaning the carpets after repeated requests, and having to paint the apartment twice with no help from the property manager, they gave them a ridiculous move out statement. Office refused to compromise. HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPLEX, FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE TO RENT**********

We lived here for one year, and it was great until it wasn't. Moving out was a HELL. They charged us different move out cost, and when I reached out to them with my concerns, it's been radio silent. The only time they reach out to me is to pay what I owe, however the portal has been giving me trouble as well and when I reached out to them with this issue too, RADIO SILENT. I am still in dispute with them. Cayla was sweet, however the rest of management has poor communication to their renters. Unless threatened with escalating an issue, good luck getting a hold of anyone. They don't answer calls, or emails. All in all my neighbors were amazing, the location is great. But the move-out experience has been such a headache. BTW, the email the forward you to reach out for support is a DEAD EMAIL. That or they've blocked my email i'm not sure. But either way, they didn't respond to that concern when I emailed them about it either. edit: after this i hear back and it’s been sorted through. btw, maggie, you responded to this review faster than you did us. for my email not to show up on your end is crazy considering the receipts.
