Briarwood Apartments

I looked at Briarwood Apartments for my mother. The location is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. There are beautiful plants and trees lining the grounds. The staff (including the manager, Charlene) are so welcoming and friendly. Very flexible and fair. I could not ask for a better place for my mother to live. She feels safe and welcomed. A great place to put down roots. Thank you Briarwood Apartments. You guys are fantastic.

Briarwood Apartments is a hidden gem, nestled in the heart of Pleasant Hill, surrounded by plenty of places to shop, and even more places to eat, all of which is so easy and convenient to get to. I love living here! 😊 Our leasing manager, Charlene is great! I really appreciate how she pays attention to detail on the property, and ensures that things are always up to par and in working order. If there is an issue with anything at all, or if something may not be working quite right in the unit, you can rest assure the issue will be taken care of in a timely manner. Lastly, I especially enjoy the community events that Charlene puts on as well. We’ve had pizza, soft drinks with sweet treats, rafflles, and so much more! Such a nice way to get everyone out to mingle and socialize, while getting to know some of your neighbors, and just have fun!🤩 I would most definitely recommend Briarwood as your next home. You certainly won’t regret it. I know I don’t! 😁

I moved in June 2024 after looking at close to 10 complexes in Pleasant Hill and Concord. I immediately liked the manager, Charlene. I let her know I needed a first floor unit but they didn’t have any available at that time. She showed me a second floor unit to give me an idea of what the units look like. Sure enough, a couple weeks later she called when they had two first floor units available and I was able to choose between the two. Charlene is so friendly and helpful it made the application process a breeze. 9/6/24 I required knee surgery. The staff, Charlene, Nino and Allen have been incredibly helpful! Taking my trash to the dumpster the first couple weeks after surgery. They had a chicken dinner for all 64 units and it was easy and fun to meet neighbors. It is quiet here and I feel safe. I made the right choice moving here! Rent is reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
