Bad experience I'm a food delivery driver I was delivering and order today for the address the security at the entrance treat me real bad he supposed call the customer and the customer said they were not expecting any food delivery probably a family member order food for them I was unable to deliver the food because he denied entrance to me I had to make a U turn in my car to leave I felt really humiliated probably because racism I got a contract warning I'm my job for not delivering this order thanks to the security and in risk of losing my job my only source of income so delivery drivers for platforms like GRUBHUB, DOORDASH,UBER EATS avoid delivering to this place it's not worth it

If you reside in this community I highly recommend checking out all there is to offer. Swimming pool and hot tub and men’s/women’s locker room are nice not to mention tons of tables and umbrellas surrounding the poolside. They have a full blown gym and pavilion with bbqs and tennis courts. Horse shoes and skeet ball and basketball courts alongside tennis and pickle ball courts. And you can’t help but notice the 9 hole golf course and putting green and on top of all that they have a Billiards that have ten tables and are highly up kept probably the best pool billiard in Southern California. Yes I said the best ! the tables have no flaws always covered when not is use each corner of every table has chalk two racks on a table and they even have a separate wall mount for breaking sticks. I recommend bringing your own pool stick. Aside from that they have a wood shop room and a lapidary room along with a library and sewing room not to mention a pottery room .

It is a 55 and older gated Community with live guards. There are over 2000 homes in the community. It was built in the early 70s. It is extremely well maintained and house prices reflect that. There are many activities to do in the community. I feel extremely safe living here. I would highly recommend it too anyone working toward retirement. The HOA fee includes the roof of the house, the outside painting, landscaping, trash pick up, water, sewage, spectrum cable, spectrum high speed Internet, RV storage and 24 hour on site security. You also have full access to the facilities, which include Olympic size poolpool, a multipurpose area, sewing room, card room, library, garden, plot, Wood shop, billiards golfing, worldwide travel agent and many social clubs.The HOA fee in 2023 is under $600 a month. I think the fee is very fair. For me, the RV storage, In this area, would cost me over $300 all by it’s self.
