Summerset at Brentwood III

Great community great people! I love Summerset!

I live here, nice people, friendly, plenty of activities available,

Gated community on a golf course, very nice place to have events. We had a family members birthday party here and it was a very spacious and clean place. Large kitchen, clean bathrooms and nice amenities, our clubhouse was right on the golf course (not sure if there are multiple clubhouse that can be rented). Furniture is nice and up to date. Our event was catered so we didn't see any of the facilities staff but I met a few of the residents of the community and they were very nice people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have an event.
