What people say about (Lost Worlds Adventures)

Shrok Elsayed

Took my daughter at 10 am when they opened, 1 hour after being there we decided to go to the kids play section and this is what the mats looked like. The ball pit and the children's play center was very unsanitary. The floors were dirty and look like they haven't been vacuumed in several days. Called her a supervisor and showed her the photos and she reply by saying " oh no, we'll have to get that cleaned tonight", which was particularly odd because they had 5 parties planned for that day that will also be playing in the play pen. She followed it by offering a refund, I Vocalized how disappointing this is given that I drove 45 minutes from Modesto. She then said if I don't want to refund and want to wait, she could have someone "wipe it up real quick". Playgrounds are a breeding ground for viruses and bacteria, keeping a place like this that kids playing in unsanitized and unclean is not acceptable

Been looking for a indoor playground of this scale and was pleased to find this spot. I have a child that likes to run off so having an indoor play space of this scale is a godsend for parents that would like to have an air conditioned regulated play area that they can let their kids run loose in. There’s also a rock climbing wall and advanced “Ninja Warrior” style obstacle course for the older kids.

I took my kids here today for the first time. I have a mixed range of kids from 1.5 years up to 14 years old (5 total). The older boys were too big for the super play structure so they had to pay more for the VIP pass which included laser tag, a ninja course, and rock climbing. I was disappointed because my older boys couldn't find an employee to guide them to the activities, it was a ghost town and they had no clue what to do in those areas they were supposed to have access to until about an hour into our visit when we finally saw an employee at the rock climbing. The second level of the ninja course was closed during our business. That was a bummer and I felt like the older boys had a worse experience than the younger boys but had to pay more... Then, the super play structure was fun but the features on certain things on the play structure to "press" were ALL broken, the shooting ball things didn't work, the ball pit shooter thing didn't work, there was one other thing to press that was broken. That would've been cooler. And overall, it was dirty. We had to buy socks but there were no employees overseeing anything (I saw like 3 employees during my 2 hour visit and they weren't going around making sure kids were helped with activities or supervising things. So adults were bare foot or wearing their own socks even though I had to pay for all my kids and myself to buy their special socks. We had fun but overall felt it wasn't well maintained and there was lack of employees that made our experience worse. Won't return-not worth it.
