What people say about (Lake Park Golf Course)

*Updating to 4 stars after a miraculous service save by the cart girls, especially the redhead on the back 9.* Not worth it overall. Would recommend something like trails of frisco instead if you’re looking to play on the weekend for a similar rate Service is 1 star from pro shop manager to marshal. They all meant well but weren’t very good to some of my friends who first time golfers Course shape is 3 stars. Come a long way over the last few years. Surprisingly dry with all the recent rain but still in good shape. Super easy course if you lose a lot of balls. 5 stars for the fact they had a charity on one hole helping first responders. Really enjoyed chatting with that representative

Great course! I only have one grievance however. The course Marshal repeatedly came up to me and my buddy exclaiming that we needed to up our pace of play, I explained it was a group in front of us that was holding us up. After the third time he came up to us he raised his tone even more, I once again explained it was the group in front of us. The Marshal then decided to roadhouse kick my driver (snapping it) then proceeded to spit in my face. Other than this inconvenience the course was great.

Course should cost no more than $30 after all fees. I booked a tee time online for $50 and then I show up to the course and they tell me it’s an extra $16 for a cart. Never in my years of playing golf have I had to pay again after paying online. It’s one of the worst courses around. You can pay the same price and play a course 3 times as nice, don’t waste your time.
