What people say about (Sage Meadows Country Club)

We used to really enjoy eating at the Clubhouse several times per week. We’ve stopped going since they’ve hired April to run things. When we would be in there she would treat the other employees terribly all while loudly bragging on herself. Constantly saying things like that place wouldn’t be what it is without her because she’s the glue that holds it together. She’s the best bartender they’ve ever had there and she’s the only one that knows what she’s doing there. They can’t seem to keep employees either because it seems like every time we would go there was someone new working. April is extremely off putting and ruins the vibe. We didn’t want to constantly hear all of that while trying to eat dinner with our family.

Visit this place weekly to play trivia. It's a nice facility but it can get a bit crowded during peak times, especially when the neighborhood has meetings there. The kitchen can be slow sometimes when getting food out, even when it doesn't seem that busy. The food isn't bad though when you get it. The staff is always friendly and they have a full bar. Can't speak on the golf or other activities here however.

I came to hit some balls today and noticed a bunch of vans in the parking lot. I figured there might be a tournament, so I drove over to check if the range was open. The sign clearly said it was, so I got out of my car. As I was walking toward the range, some guy—who I assume was the manager—rudely stopped me and told me it was closed. I pointed out the sign said otherwise and suggested they fix it so people know. Instead of handling it like a professional, he immediately got nasty, called me a ‘smarty,’ and stormed off, spewing nonsense about emails. Seriously? I don’t live here, I don’t get your emails. I was just trying to help. The level of attitude this guy threw at me for simply following the sign was unreal. Whatever happened to customer service? A simple apology and fixing the sign would’ve been enough. Instead, he felt the need to unload on a paying customer. I’ve always enjoyed this place, but I’ve never been disrespected like that before. Somebody better have a talk with him about how to treat customers, because that was absolutely unacceptable.
