What people say about (Prairie Pass Disc Golf Course)

I love this course don’t get me wrong. But they’ve gotta do better to trim the rough. It’s an awesome beginner course in theory but I’m going to lose so many discs playing with my 8 year old when the rough is so tall. You have to keep it all in the fairway or you’re going to be searching all day in the tall grass. Very disappointing here in the summer.

Formerly Blue Valley - a beginner friendly classic with ace runs, wooded shots some open holes and elevation changes, had been redone with many large alternate tee pads in challenging locations. The advanced pads play much harder but maintain the fun variety and friendly atmosphere. The tire shots remain, fun signage ads flavor and a variety of shot shapes are needed to score.

It's a decent course for beginners and perhaps a nice spot for school-related play. They've added concrete teepads and longer tees on about 14 of the holes in recent years to appeal to more advanced players. I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling through town and looking for something impressive, but it's a good spot for a quick round or a friendly spot to introduce someone to disc golf.
