Fox Hollow Chalet

Fox Hollow was where we had our Tropical Wedding Celebration many years ago. It was fabulous! So, it was where I chose to have the Celebration of Life for my husband. It was set up to share memories, with videos, albums, stories of our lives with family and friends. The food from Peppercini’s Catering was delicious. Everyone shared their wonderful memories of our long interactions in Alaska. Thank you!

Dimond High celebrated our 50th reunion at Fox Hollow. Almost 100 people attended and we had plenty of room! Fortunately we had beautiful weather so we were able to grill on their huge outdoor balcony. Everyone came inside for the evening event. It was a memorable time for us all. We could not have hoped for a lovelier venue overlooking the golf course and Chugach mountains.

Lovey meeting place with amazing views. This venue has a large wrap around deck for summer time meeting. A storage room in one corner allows to quickly reconfigure the space, we went from wedding aisle to fully catered reception in minutes. A large stone bar gives plenty of room to serve drinks.
