Davis Park has become another casualty of city mismanagement. There's open air drug use, human feces all over, abandoned vehicles, and other such things typical of these bum camps. Absolutely unsafe. Sadly, Anchorage is becoming a shell of its former greatness. UPDATE: Unsolved murder of Haily Ibarra on April 10, 2025 APD Case #: 25-10845 If you know anything about this please contact the APD.
