Great experience. The neon surrounded environment itself is a whole 'vibe' of it's own! Add the skating & the laser tag along with the tasty pizza & sodas, let's just say my son & daughter's (twins) birthday 🎂 party was definitely a success! We enjoyed every moment. They even went to the crash course. Never driven a car in their lives, yet steering them bad boys (go-karts) with ease! 😂 Very nice staff as well. I'd recommend it to anyone planning any type of mere celebration 🍾! Definitely 5 stars in my book.

I recently had my child’s birthday party here. The kids had a great time, but I do feel they dropped the ball in certain areas. The Good: Upon arrival the younger lady at the front was very nice. She explained everything to me, gave me my skate wrist bands and directed me to the party check-in. The kids had a great time skating and laser tag. The guy who was working laser tag on the evening of 3/22 was nice, funny, and helpful. The kids really enjoyed laser tag. The music was fun, upbeat, and fun music to skate to. The Bad: After arriving to the party check-in area, everything went downhill. Nothing was explained properly. I was told I could arrive to my party room about 15min early. Once it was time for my party, I noticed I was not able to put my centerpieces down because there were not any table clothes on the table. I went back to party check in and asked for table clothes. I thought they were supposed to put them down for you. Next, they brought in the pizza, I had to go back to party check in to ask for plates. I understand there is an additional charge for extra but I should not have to ask for the 10 that came with the party. I also ordered water prior to check in and it was never brought. I had to go back to check in to ask for napkins. As we were halfway through party ready for cake. I had to go back again to check in to ask for plates for cake, them giving me those plates were like pulling teeth. I had to go back to check in to ask for the glow party necklaces and bracelets, that was also hard to get. The girl at the party check-in had to ask someone if she could give them to me, although they came with the party. I had to go back to check in to ask for help to set up the black lights. Nobody ever came to help me. I made wayyyy to many trips to check in for simple things that should have already been set up for me that were INCLUDED with the package. I do understand that the party did not include a hostess but simple things like plates, forks and napkins should have been given. And to have a GLOW party without the glow. Smh. The ONLY thing they brought to me was pizza (no plates) and drinks. The girls in the party check-in area need some additional training. They were very clueless about all things party related.

My experience was bad at this place, when we first entered it was loud and we couldn’t hear the lady speaking, that was charging us we paid 45 dollars with a 50 dollar bill, she gave us 3 wrist bands and we paid for 4, when we noticed we went back and she said we did pay for 4, but if we wanted another one we had to pay so we got pissed off, also really bad attention mainly with the non-speaking English people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, some employees were nice but THAT ONE OLD WHITE LADY WAS NOT.
