Surge Entertainment

Enjoyed the food and bowling, but food service was surprisingly slow for a quiet time. A 30+ minute wait after seating is too long. Our server made up for it by giving us free fountain drinks which was nice. Eager to try other activities and hoping for better service in the future.

Visiting for the weekend and decided to try Surge Entertainment, since everyone suggested it to be a great place for food and entertainment. HUGE mistake not checking reviews!!! Only thing my family seemed to enjoy was Go Carting….The food and drinks were over hyped and did not meet our expectations!!! We ordered several different entrees and we didn’t enjoy not one full plate of food at this restaurant. Some of the employees showed good customer service/some did not. Oh, but let me acknowledge the scenery of this place was super cool. My opinion: Money and Time was Wasted

Food was okay. Shay was an awesome server and made us laugh. The obstacle course was fun, and the arcade games was cool. An employee gave my daughter a big ball and it made her very happy after not being tall enough to ride them. My son went go kart racing and he loved it. The lady helped him figure out how to drive it and was very nice. Overall a great place, but again the food was mid.
