Let's Go Golf Trips

Do not use this outfit !! Set up trip weeks in advance. They called a few days after we set up reservations, saying that our hotel was almost completely full that weekend, so to get a room, it was going to cost both of us an extra $40.00 ! I guess they thought I wouldn't call the hotel myself, but I did. They literally had over 100 vacancies for that weekend. I called them out on it, and what do you know, it was someone elses fault... I should have run then and there, but I moved forward. On the weekend of my trip I called ahead to the motel to see when I could check in, and they informed me that the room would need to be paid for before I could. Let's Go said that their card on file had been hacked, therefore cancelled, and well, just must have overlooked my reservations. Same thing happened on one of the 2 rounds of golf, which delayed start time by an hour. I understand a card getting hacked, but if you're in this business you should look back at all of your bookings and fix it immediately, not wait for the customer to have to deal with it. Very unprofessional. Then to top it off, one of our rounds of golf was booked at a course that was having a large tournament the same day. Our twosome round took over 5 hours to complete because of it. Steer clear of this company
