What people say about (Gloucester Country Club)

Cameron Miller

I feel like if you are going to have the worst golf course in Va, you should have the lowest prices. They charge as if they are a 5 star course, yet their greens would be better if it was played in the bunker. I wouldnt care so much if your prices weren’t ridiculous for the shit course yall have. 0/10 would not recommend to anybody, pay the extra 3 dollars for a significantly better course, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

Wonderful course for beginners or for golfers who are looking to work on ball striking. Greens are very small and bumpy, unlike many courses I've played, not in a good way.. But all and all, very affordable. Green Fee covers as many holes as you would like to play, its a 9 hole course. (FYI: I learned how to play on this course and also played high school golf here.)

Gloucester Country Club is perfect if you want to golf but don't want to be around a bunch of golf snobs. They do not have a rigid dress code, they are inexpensive and the staff are all friendly. They are also very family-friendly. Their biggest downfall is that they only accept cash, but there is an atm at the shopping center around the corner. This is a great place to golf if you are just learning.
