Not open, no activity, no response to calls. booked online, but nobody at the facility. sign on the door states to go to neighboring business, nobody there either. UPDATED: The manager called me directly and explained the product, and gave a generous to secure my business. Updated review to match customer service I received. Thank You! Highlighted that the Google search allows for booking directly without going to the website without verifying membership or to learn about the facility. Thanks for the call!

Update: A manager reached out to me to correct the situation, which I really appreciate. Took under 24 hours, which is very quick. This is how to do business. Excited to get out and hit some more balls I really like the idea of this place, and the 24/7 availability. Cool concept and something different in the area. I went ahead and got the 3 hour package and used 2 hours on two separate occasions. The issue happened today, when i tried to book my final hour and was told that i had already used all my time. When I told the receptionist that there's no way i had used all my time, and that they can check the camera footage from any of the 3 or 4 cameras that are in the facility, i was told that the first time i called, i had booked it for two hours (which i definitely didn't do). If i wanted to play today i would have to purchase another subscription. When i explained that there had to be a mistake, there's no way i booked for 2 hours since i only have an hour for lunch, i was told that they were sorry and that there was nothing they could do. i know she had no control in that situation so of course i don't blame her at all. What i don't understand is a relatively young business refusing to verify a situation from a new customer and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product offering. it's a cool place, if they iron out some of the wrinkles i think it would be very good and a nice alternative once it gets cold. Hope they do better in the future
