Played a tournament here and enjoyed my experience. The course was in excellent condition, especially considering all the rain that hit the course before and during the tournament. On the course, the fairways were narrow and the rough tough, especially when wet. The greens are good-sized, though they lack the contours of many clubs. The clubhouse is smaller than most private clubs, but was well maintained and the carts had the latest GPS features. Good experience. Recommend.
We got married at the Blacksburg Country Club in July 2019. We had a great experience with this venue and working with Maren. Maren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made sure everything ran smoothly and walked us through every step of the way. She was very accommodating. The venue was perfect for us, and the food was amazing! Our guests are still raving about it. We'd definitely recommend this venue and working with Maren.
