What people say about (John Adams Park Splash Pad)

Kayla Campbell

I have mixed feelings about this splash pad. The splash pad was great. The people there were not. I saw a lot of kids with no parents throwing, spraying in faces, and just being straight up bullies not only to my children but others. If your kid wants to go to a splash pad, you should be staying with them. I get that it's a splash pad, and we are going to get wet. But your child walked behind us as we were leaving and continued to spray us as we were getting in our vehicles and leaving. That's just plain disrespectful.

Came here for a work party. It was catered by an awesome Dutch oven wagon! One problem that needs to be looked at is the picnic tables at the pavilion are all chained together. I watched three different people trip and fall over the chains. Otherwise the park was beautiful and the amenities were great. The splash pad and playground were a big hit for our 3yr old granddaughter.

Splash pad is closed for the season. The frisbee golf is open. The course is not the most intuitive but nicely played out. Great spot for the family or friends to get out of the house. When snow hits, the park will turn into sledding hills.
