⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Customer Service I placed an order with Infinite Discs, but they sent it to an address that was clearly invalid — they even acknowledged this before shipping. Instead of correcting it, they shipped the package anyway. Afterward, I got an email telling me to “reach out,” but every time I called, I got a voicemail telling me to email instead. I emailed multiple times with no real response. Days later, I finally got another message saying my package would be returned to sender — well past the point where I could contact USPS to fix it myself. Totally avoidable mistake on their part, and zero real-time support to fix it. Very disappointing experience for a company that should know how to handle shipping and communication.

Received excellent customer service from Kelly. I had an issue from an online order through a third party seller and decided to go right to Infinite Discs for help. A day later, my problem is resolved and I am on my way. The only retailer I trust to get it right the first time. Top notch
