The apogee and E6 software are JUNK! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR and avoid them at all costs. This company RIPS you off by selling an absolute train wreck of a device and then when issues arise (which they will, often….) they blame the blatantly obvious software and hardware issues on YOUR turf, YOUR lighting, YOUR golf clubs, or YOUR electrical or internet connection. I have documented issues of my sand and lob wedges going 150-190 yards on the simulator when I only hit them 60-90 yards, respectively, in real life. They can’t figure out a fix. I have documented issues of not being able to play multiplayer stroke play on the simulator without the scores getting all screwed up and users not being able to finish holes out. I have been working with Mark and EC (both nice human beings) in the customer service department and have had zero resolution. Unfortunately for TruGolf, through this process I’ve met some amazing people in the simulator industry and they were hoping TruGolf would help me out so that they could offer Apogee simulators to their future customers. That definitely won’t be happening. TruGolf will be losing out on a lot of money in the future because of this. I have requested they refund me my money because of all the issues that have risen, but that has been a very firm NO. I’ve only used this product for 5 1/2 months (brand new at installation 6 months ago) and have experienced nothing BUT frustration. Do yourself a huge favor and do NOT consider them. Don’t make the same MISTAKE I did. I should have seen the writing on the wall early on when I reached out to the sales rep after a few weeks of installation with some worries and he never replied to emails or calls.

Our customers thoroughly enjoy the TruGolf experience, ease of use, quality of data and large selection of courses to play. As a business, we appreciate the investment TruGolf has made to deliver new and innovative features that allow us to remain competitive in a growing market. We especially appreciate the TruGolf tech support team. The few times we’ve needed support always seem to happen at critical times. Tech support has responded quickly, including on evenings and weekends, and resolved our issues in a manner that allowed our small business to meet the demands of our customers. We highly recommend TruGolf for their products and outstanding customer support.

This product is great and the customer service is even better. I purchased by simulator in February 2024. No high pressure sales. They came out and set up the simulator in my home, including installing the screen, projector and TV monitor. They have responded to questions quickly over the past year. The system itself is amazing - I have access to over 100 courses (I've played many of these courses in real life and the similarity is uncanny), the real-time feedback has led me to drop my handicap, and its made our house must visit as all of my kids friends want to come over and play (at all hours of the day and night).
