Willow Brook Country Club

I asked for a medium rare steak and I got a well done steak. So I send it back and it was so red on the inside and he said he would put it on the grill but it didn’t look like it. They put it on AGAIN and I got it to go and it was well done.

Went for valentines dinner. They were pretty booked so used the grill area downstairs as overflow… which is totally fine. But being a well known country club you would think they would put a little effort into it. Upstairs looked very nice. Downstairs there was zero effort at all. Even if it hadn’t been Valentine’s Day I would be writing this. How do you go somewhere and spend almost $200.00 for dinner for 2 and have a dirty stained table linen. That is unacceptable. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say they may need a new hospitality manager… are y’all hiring? It def needs some help and after that I will never again recommend someone to go there.

We had an event tonight in the rose room and the staff are nice and super helpful. Vanessa worked the bar and kept everyone happy and wanted to thank her for the positive vibes during the event! The food options surprised me and delicious! Easy location to find and lots of parking for everyone.
