NorthShore Country Club

The course isn’t in tip top shape at the moment. The greens were a bit rough. The views of the bay on the back nine were beautiful. There was lots of entertaining wildlife throughout the course. We had fun. Ate in the bar. The food, the service & the beer were great! Everyone was very friendly.

Cow pastures. If you hit the fairway you should be rewarded. But we hit the fairways and you’d lose the ball. Horrible condition.

Attended a Friend's of the Library fund raiser. Each table was beautifully decorated inspired by the library book chosen. My sister won on both her table decors. One was a lemonade stand, the other was a cancer survivor table honoring me. Both crowd favorites. Lunch was served, beginning with a salad, chicken fried chicken, side vegetables, and potatoes. Rolls were delivered much later. Servers were a bit overwhelmed, overworked maybe, but very polite. I attend every year just to see which category my sister, Irma, will win.
