Good golf course for the price. The “greens” are rough. Overall it’s a fun course to hit the ball at.
Not a bad place to enjoy fried fish at the annual Lions club golf tournament.
I played this course for the first time today. Has an incredible layout, and it's a lot of fun. This is actually a pretty long and challenging course depending on what tees you are playing. I am thrilled I found a budget friendly course only 40 minutes from home. The greens are not the greatest, but not terrible either. For the price, it's hard to criticize this course. I assumed it was pretty flat like most East Texas courses... But I was wrong, this course has a lot of elevation changes. Fair warning, if you decide to walk, like I did, be ready for a hike... It's a workout. The staff was very friendly. I had a blast! I think I will now be playing this course weekly.
