What people say about (Beacon Lakes Golf Club)

Gary Sanchez

Golf cart, how about an ATV to traverse the "fairways." There's nothing "fair" about them. The greens are poorly maintained, and several were bumpy, with one of them having a 2' pothole. Way overpriced for the poor quality of course, which is a shame because it has very pretty scenery. The course has tremendous potential. However, in its current condition, I don't recommend paying to play here. These pictures are from hole #5. We could barely find our ball amidst the thick crap grass in the middle of the fairway. I hope that someone can turn this around because it's in a great location and can easily compete with all the good courses in the area of it was in good condition.

The Official Brother Forever

This is a really nice course but the customer service is horrible. One starter actually cursed me and shot the finger at me. Granted the owner is a very nice man and was very apologetic. But the older guys in the pro shop are just rude… well at least to us they are. I’m currently just sitting outside because he won’t let me start by myself… says I have to wait until someone else comes. Which defeats the purpose of me trying to get a round in before the rain comes.. It’s a REALLY nice course especially for the price but sometimes I don’t think the older guys care for certain people.

Court D'Aquin

The course has up and down conditions depending on weather. The guy who runs the course is one of the most unpleasant and unfriendly people I have ever met. The clubhouse looks like a golf swap meet from 1998. The best thing they have to offer are the two cats that always say hello and love scratches. They put mats out on the range so it is usable in wetter conditions, so there is that. So.... I still go here... They never seem to be consistent with timing...I pulled up to use the evening driving range...one guy told me to wait 10 minutes to see if they would let us buy a bucket of range balls... Finally find someone willing to speak to us and may sell usbucket of balls to hit... He explained they are closing early due to the rain (stopped raining 6 hours ago)....they have matts... This course could be something really cool and great for the community. It would be awesome if someone could buy it that actually cared about anything or anyone at all.
