I just purchased a 2022 Tahoe from Premier and their customer service was outstanding. First off I searched locally but the dealerships here are full of rude people unwilling to compromise, at premier I did not have that problem. I got approved for the Tahoe and they even delivered it to me 5 hours away and still filled up the tank! I will forever remember their kindness and continue to do business with them.
All car dealers advertise their commitment to customer service, but only a few really achieve that goal. My experience with Premier Autos of Lubbock was exceptional. I live in Georgia and was looking for an Audi S8. Premier Autos of Lubbock had one in the color I was looking for at a reasonable price. It is a big risk to travel 1080 miles to trade in a car. You and the dealer have to be totally honest with the conditions of respective cars and be willing to make a deal based on that trust. I gave them the description, pictures and videos they requested of my car and we were able to strike a mutually agreeable deal over the phone with Nick, a sales manager. After a day and a half of hard travel, we arrived at the dealership on Sat. afternoon. The S8 was ready for us in the showroom. Washed, filled with gas, and ready for an extensive test drive with Brentley, our salesperson. It was everything I expected, and by the time we returned to the dealership, they were fine with my trade-in as well. Advancing to the finance office, everything was again exactly as agreed to. Bailey carefully explained everything ensuring our satisfaction to the last detail. We even purchased an extended service contract that was agreed to in advance. Then, after the sale, Jessica worked diligently to ensure that all the paperwork went through and got to GA before the 30 day requirement, otherwise we would have had to pay penalties. Every step of the way, we were honest with them, and they were with us. It is a pleasure to find such a Five Star dealership and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
