wonderful, beautiful gated community with small, (stocked)lake and 18 hole golf course. In addition, tennis courts, 2 beaches, 2 walking trails, a lodge with restaurant and golf shop. A new (9 hole) golf course is under construction.
My get away from it all place...and family lives here. Wonderful community.
Beautiful gated community! Two beach areas with playgrounds, a golf course, country club, and restaurant. Tons to do here. Security makes regular rounds. It's a safe, relaxing community. I haven't met a rude person here yet
If you can get in, Lake Kiowa is by far the best place for water activities. The lake's size accommodates 50-100 boats with plenty of room of tree free open water to zip and zag on. Don't even get me started on the fishing. Steady fish …
Really nice area, except its gated, so if you don't live there or no someone, your not getting in there. Everyone I've met so far, has been really nice, down to earth kind of people.
I was there for a baptism for the Fold on Grand Avenue . Cool little lake , with a designated swim area , plenty of picnic tables
This Is a private gated community very nice not accessible to visitors!
Always great visiting my mom who lives in kiowa, plenty of things to do when visiting.

This is a nice little gated community. Everyone I have met so far have been extremely nice and polite. The security service here has it's pros and cons for sure and there seems to be some serious water flow issues that really need to be looked into but all in all this is a wonderful community.
