Mountain Valley

My family and I have lived here for almost a year now. This is an amazing neighborhood to raise a family. There are a lot young families, 2 parks, a pool, several ponds, and miles of side walks and walking paths. There is also a golf course that is in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend moving here.

Do NOT BUY or RENT a home here! The HOA is absolutely ridiculous and a huge headache! Worst HOA I've ever lived in!

To many people complain about things in the neighborhood so if you are thinking about moving in to the mountain valley neighborhood don’t do it because you will only have people complain about what you do on your own lawn and house so don’t do it...just my opinion 😁 …
