Wonderful park and beautiful scenery. It’s peaceful and has plenty of foliage of trees here. I recommend it’s safe here and also perfect to have small parties where they are tables and covered areas as well. I think the bathrooms need some repairs on the locking mechanism and adding bathrooms supplies like toilet paper and soap. I just recommend you bring travel size bathroom products for you and your family just in case.
The City of Harker Heights continues to improve the community park. The walking trail, play park, multiple sitting areas and picnic areas are great. Obviously the ball park complex it well designed and utilized as well. Some of the patrons of the park could be a little better at picking up their trash and if there is any disappointment it’s the lack of respect for the park by some who use it. The city does a great job of keeping it clean and safe. Have fun and please pick up after yourselves.
Nice park for kids to play in and has lots of trees around it so it's easy to find shades. It has a great walking trail where you can walk and the scenery of the baseball field from up top of the trail.
