Timber Creek is a great facility. The employees from the cart staff all the way to the head pro are all great and super helpful. The pro shop employees always make Timber Creek an enjoyable experience, especially the good looking dog Vinny that hangs out in there some days. The 3 nines all have great layouts and are always in relatively good shape. Be sure to stop in the grill after your round and try the food also! I highly recommend Timber Creek to anyone looking for an enjoyable day of golf!
How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. 80$ for the worst greens in the Houston area. And they have no intention of getting a greens keeper that won't put gravel all over the place. I gave 1 star to balance out the stars. It's a 3 star place at best.
If I could give this course zero stars I would. This course is complete trash. 80 bucks until 430 pm on the weekends. I wouldn't pay 40 bucks for this course in its current condition. It used to be a premium course in the Houston area but those days are LONG GONE. The fairways are absolutely atrocious. Good luck trying to take a divot. It's like hitting off concrete. The greens are about a 3 out of 10 and the tee boxes are even worse. It's like they've just given up and just going to keep charging 80 bucks because suckers like me keep paying it. Not anymore. Save your money and time and go to wildcat. Same price but ten times the course.
