Normally never had an issues here but recently at the shoe department.. we even made purchases and it’s as if he didn’t care to help or provide customer service. I’ve worked retail, if you don’t want to provide customer service, find another job! 😮💨 Shouldn’t have gave them my business. Edit: looking at the other reviews, there seems to be a BIG customer service issue.
We went the day after Christmas to exchange shoes. The shoe employee tried his best to find the shoes that the system said they had in stock, but ultimately never found them. They are on a mannequin somewhere in the store. We ended up just returning and buying online from Dicks so not bad overall. The return was fast and employee was friendly. The store was in great shape and not messy as I thought it might be due to the holiday. Very pleased overall.
I love Dicks! Ha! They have a little bit of everything for you if you like to go adventuring!
