Just like the other reviews, the staff was great and very friendly! The course however is in need of life support. The greens were just alright. Fairways need a lot of help. Sand traps were full of weeds. In my opinion $40 is steep for the course in its current condition. The location is nice and there is a lot of potential here! I would go back based on the staff and overall experience. Hopefully the new owner gets the support he needs to bring the course to were it should be.
Four of us played 7/18/2023. This was easily the worst condition of a "golf course" that any of us have seen. Not a professional environment either. There were no bottles of water at the "pro shop" but there was cold water a few spots on the course. If you have a choice drive how ever far you need to for a different course.
I am going to go easy on this course and give it a 3 star review. First and foremost, the staff was extremely friendly. The guy in the golf shop was helpful and gave us a heads up, that the course is in really rough shape, so at least he was honest. Also, the scenery was super nice I think that is a plus. On the downside, the course was unplayable. I do not think I hit one patch of decent grass the whole day. The hole layout is pretty confusing also. However, if you are HORRIBLE at golf (like I am) and want a course that you can have all to yourself to practice on, then this is the place. No one was playing up on us (because we were the only ones there) so we could take our time and tee of as many times as we wanted to. If this course got a lot of love, then it can be an awesome place to play! I think you should focus on making a playable 9 hole course rather than an 18 hole.
