And I am a carpenter and have a lot of tools and I don't want to carry them in all the time so thanks for good security!

I’ve lived here longer than them, and I’ve never had issues with anyone but them. I lost my job due to Covid, and now have no home for my child.. If you live here keep the lease updated yearly, and don’t do month to month if you don’t want to suddenly lose your home for no reason.
