Used to be a good course. 35$ is too much to pay to play in a clover field. Tee boxes are terrible, fairways are terrible and most of the course is covered in weeds. Greens are still nice but that's it. Better options out there
DO NOT GO HERE!!! If there was a way to write a review with zero stars that is what I would have given. It is a Sunday afternoon just trying to come out and play a nice round of golf with family on a course we have never been to yet we …
Nice little course with few water hazards. I would like to play the course when it's not experiencing severe drought conditions. Even though the fairways were hard and dry the greens were in fantastic condition. I would definitely play here again.
What a pleasant surprise my round at Pine Lakes Golf Course. I was looking for a quick round close to the Knoville Airport before my flight back home and found this course which is only 10 minutes from TYS. The course has no website with …
Person in the club house was grumpy and not nice at all. Acted like we were bothering him when we first arrived and then as we were leaving we went back in to use the rest room and said thanks have a good day and he didn't even acknowledge …
Pine Lakes is in good shape. The greens are a little slow, compared to Dead Horse & some others. They need get some folks, to pick up their pace. Busy Sunday & a group ahead had 2 complete holes between them & the group they were following. Keeping it real.
Played behind a 5-some most of the day. Saw many other 5-somes. This course is plagued by slow play and the management doesn't care. Course was in decent shape for early spring but slow play ruined the experience. I won't be back.
Greens are always in great shape. Price is fairly reasonable. Practice range isn't the best and fairways are sketchy but we always enjoy ourselves here.
The course has nice views and can be enjoyable however they allow groups of five and six to play together on the weekends which can make play incredibly slow.
I have always enjoyed this course! They even have a tree decorated for Christmas on the 18th hole, which I love!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If there was a way to write a review with zero stars that is what I would have given. It is a Sunday afternoon just trying to come out and play a nice round of golf with family on a course we have never been to yet we chose the WRONG PLACE! Family is in town from Georgia and when looking up places online this course looks great and reviews seemed pretty good..... NEGATIVE! First off you can’t take your cart to your car to unload your clubs (guess they are scared you might actually bring in a water bottle or something). Then, we are literally behind a group of 3 people and the guy who rides around on the golf cart decides to choose us to say “you’re going to have to pick up the pace you have about three groups behind you” I am assuming that they chose us because my dad has a brace on his knee and I have my 9 month old child riding along so we’re an easy target, when there are people in front of you there isn’t much you can do, but he didn’t say anything to any other group, just us. If you don’t want to feel belittled and incompetent I wouldn’t pay to come here. To make things easier on all the groups on the course I have decided to waste money and not play the rest of the 13 holes. Thank you for ruining a family golf experience.
