Rolling Thunder Carts

I have either been to or spoken to most other golf cart dealers in middle TN over the last couple years, and in my opinion, you will never find one better than the team/family at Rolling Thunder Carts! From start to finish the process was easy, and the people are amazing! They make sure you feel welcome and that you feel like you matter! That’s very hard to do in business in today’s world! We got to know Laura & Bobby from visiting their home based business back in the day, and have watched them grow the business over the years, and have truly enjoyed getting to know them. Finally, after several years of procrastinating, I pulled the trigger and went to their office with the intention of buying a nice used unit, OR I also had a budget in mind for a possible new unit. It was the best purchasing experience I have ever had! From their son helping me out while they were busy (and he is just as lnowledgable as they are), to the last minute details that Laura & Bobby helped me with during the actual purchase process, it was easy and actually kinda fun! Then the guys who delivered were both awesome! They made sure to take time to go over all the features of the unit that I bought, and made sure to ask if I had any questions one last time before they left. The entire process was fantastic!

EXCELLENT customer service!! Jonathan and Laura went above and beyond to educate my fiancé and me about our golf cart. They treated us like we were family throughout the entire process!! I truly cannot brag on them enough for the wealth of knowledge they possess concerning their products, their kindness in dealing with their customers, and the sincerity they exude in wanting their customers to be happy with their purchase! If I could give Jonathan and Laura 20 stars I would. Their attention to detail and customer service was way beyond reproach. I have NEVER spent my money with such enjoyment. Throughout the purchase process I felt like I was talking to my sister and son. It was an immediate friendship and I trust that you will experience the same friendly professional atmosphere As my fiancée and I did. You will not be disappointed.
