Boone Golf Club

My son and I had a great time. Although play was a little slow, the staff was upfront about it. They were very welcoming and took great care of us. The course was in great condition and offered a fun challenging round. We would definitely return next time we are in the area.

First off the golf course is always in great condition and I absolutely love the course layout. The only problems I had were the service today as the young woman at the counter was rude and the course charges 22 dollars for someone to ride along on the cart and not play. That is absolutely insane, I have played at nicer courses than this one and never paid that. Secondly the round was 70 dollars, which given the condition at the time is not worth 70 dollars. One of the holes has a disastrous looking fairway and the greens are not in great condition at all. I figure the course will be in perfect condition once summer hits so I wouldn’t mind paying that rate but today was the last day and then the course rate goes up to 94 DOLLARS! That is absolutely insane this is a public course not a private country club. Third and finally, at the turn we stopped in and bought 1 hot dog and one chicken wrap and a drink and some chips. The total came out to 27 dollars which wouldn’t be bad if the hotdog and wrap were actually good. The hotdog was 9 DOLLARS, and it was a very small hotdog and chicken wrap was also incredibly small. Rude customer service, overpriced, but a overall beautiful and fun golf course. I recommend lowering the price on the hotdog at least because that is just disrespect to the people who keep this course in business.

Great service, amazing views, well maintained course. Greens are large and perfect, but difficult. Fairways are wide enough to be forgiving but still a challenge. We love playing here.
