Topgolf Memphis

We chose Top Golf to celebrate two birthdays in a row in the afternoon. Fun atmosphere. Great food. Nice staff. It gets super busy so you have to be patient.

Lexi and Hannah were amazing !!!! Excellent customer service !!! We appreciate the kindness . The genuine conversations meant the most. We appreciate all they helped us with, just good company! Good food and good people. Amen

6/3/25 visit. We didn't have a waitress for the 1st 30 minutes of our play then when i asked 2 ladies at tables waiting near by where do i find a waitress? They spoke alone then 1 finally return an said ill take ur order. At that point my appetite was spoiled. Surely one of them were the waitress of that area anyways. Then i noticed they treated other groups nicely an immediately catered to larger crowds. So noticeably rude. I had to find a waitress she never bought us Waters with our orders hot as it was even after i asked her for my party of 3 nor did she ever return to see if we wanted 2 order anything else. i had to pay at the bar once we were done and our time was up cause she never came bak nor did she give us any napkins. My kids had fun golfing thirsty but I was very disappointed n the customer service. I Will not b returning. The poor/terrible customer service needs 2 b addressed. Especially wen someone leaves you a tip after all that. Those young waitresses there have bad customer service an there was no manager walking around to report it or even ask how my stay was. Sad
