So happy to be out of there. I've never witnessed such bureaucracy from developers/owners, and I've owned several homes over decades. I had to witness homeowners literally fighting against the owner during a HOA meeting prompting the homeowners to create a petition of grievances...that is something that should NEVER happen in any community. The fact that WR is defending that is Bureaucracy 101. And charging a hefty social membership fee to a pool when we can provide proof that we don't even live in TN yet?!?! TN National doesn't do that. And a 10% brokerage fee if you want to sell, which is clearly punitive for ever wanting to leave this prison is bordeline illegal. Read the fine print of your contract, is all I can say. There is nothing "standard" about it. Good luck!

Attended a wedding out on the point at the lake. It was a beautiful setting for a wedding. The drive in was probably 3+ miles but they have out maps at the gate and the drive was nice following along the golf course on either side. The reception was outside on the clubhouse patio just outside the gate. Very nice setup for a reception also.
