This is specific to donating: I do not recommend calling for donation pickup. Their communication is terrible. They are very very rude on the phone and in person. Calling them: They told me they would pick up 2 bed frames and a sofa bed (no mattress). I told them I would bring them to the curb that morning.All was scheduled to go. When they got there they refused to take any of it. The men picking it up had different instructions than what was communicated to me. They said they wouldn’t take it since it was on the sidewalk. Then they said they don’t take sofa beds (this was a really great one) then changed their minds. They refused to take the bedframes. It was horrible. Calling them is horrible. I will be donating elsewhere next time. I would recommend others do the same.

Helpful staff, and a WIDE variety of stock. (I am sure that changes regularly.) Saved me a LOT of money, and I'm sure I'll be back!

This is an awesome place to get everything from furniture and lighting fixtures to doors and windows, at great prices. I would have given 4 stars but there's some things that do not have the prices on them. You can go to the desk and ask for someone to price the items you are interested in.
