Dandridge Golf & Country Club

The staff is great. They were friendly and accommodating with our replay. Great price too. $33 senior and $20 replay. Greens on Red course extremely fast. This day, Sept 11, there was hardly any grass in the fairways or they had been mowed so close there was nothing to hit off of. The tee boxes, for all three courses, you could not get a tee into the ground it was so hard. Horrible. We had to take our club head and drive the tee into the dirt. Also, with the Great Smokey Mtns in the background it made for some beautiful views.

Fun course at a decent price. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that tee times were 7 minutes apart and took well over 5 hours to play 18 holes. I’m average at best and never in a hurry, but it was painfully slow. Could never get into any rhythm. Tee boxes are often close to the previous green, so there was a lot of hitting into others just because it was so backed up. Probably won’t be my top choice going forward. Aside from that, great place, fair price, nice views and friendly staff.
