We came here this past weekend for my friend's birthday. We had the private room, which was pretty nice and spacious. After a while, there was some sort of error with the simulation, and we were transferred out to the main area. The staff member, Johnny, was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered us the bays in front to use. I really appreciate the friendly customer service of this place.
The location still appears to be closed. I stopped by a couple days ago and the doors are locked with notices from FedEx about missed deliveries. They are also not answering the phone and you can’t book a time on their website. If someone from ownership could respond to this it would be very helpful - otherwise, I’m assuming we have to head to “Courses” down the street now?
Was a good spot but I think they’re out of business. I called with no answer so I just showed up and the doors were locked. I know this site was slow but it’s a shame. They should update their listing. If they were open it would get a solid 3.5 maybe even 4 stars. Update: I guess they’re still open which is great news.
