The friendliest person ever and she knew the answer to every single question we asked just off the top of her head! The apartments are all great and the area is pretty quiet and in a really good area.
I love it here! Beautiful, brand new, apartments, beautiful scenery, and it’s quiet! I sit on my patio at night and listen to the crickets and owls. I also enjoy my first cup of coffee on the patio in the morning. Stayton is a great small-ish town and Shanna is wonderful as well.
Moving into Shaff Square has been a fantastic experience! From the very beginning, Shanna, the on-site leasing manager, made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available to answer any questions we had. Her attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel welcomed and confident in our decision to move here. The apartments are well-maintained, and the community feels safe and inviting. If you’re looking for a stress-free leasing experience with outstanding management, I highly recommend Shaff Square—especially with Shanna there to guide you!
