The rental office staff went above and beyond! I'm very pleased with their professionalism and assistance. The process from application to move in was extremely simple and communication through each step was thorough. I was clear about what to expect. They are amazing!!!

Well, my last 2 maintenance very easy to do requests were finally done, as usually, well, but not after I had to go to the office in person - already 2-nd time in the recent - full of curiosity about the email notification that it was completed, while not. Appeared that one of orders sounded like old request. The whole issue was very frustraing for me - the manager is full of wrong assumptions in my regard and very abrupt, kind'a military way of interaction. Are we in the army now? :) Do we have to know and think the way whatever they think we should? Secondly - so many good, "stellar" reviews about maintenance, because they are annoying emailaing endlessy for the evaluation untill we respond. Yes, repairs are done fine, most of them are usually easy, every guy with good hands can do. There are other problems withh that. And not too many, likely suppressed, responses about the condition of the buildings. Floors are awfull - construction faults. People, please, always check everything in the PARTICULAR apartment you want to rent.

I had a very bad experience with renting here. A prospect with two Chihuahuas said that I was antagonizing her dogs when I made a noise about a mile down. I never made a noise and she was very rude to me. Resident was the rudest resident I have ever met in my 20 years in Project management. She made me feel very unwelcome and was very rude to me the whole entire conversation. I felt very unsafe in which I had to leave the situation. Hopefully this community Office looks into this situation where they were coming at me very unfriendly. I cannot imagine living at a place like this where I come home to at 9 o’clock at night and get yelled at for “ Antagonizing dogs” where I am a beloved dog owner myself. This is just an unexceptional behavior. Shouldn’t be allowed to rent if this is how you treat other tenants. This is particularly with the resident is In unit c in the north west of the complex.
