Beautiful course! Unique greens. Very great and happy service. Lunch afterwards on property was good as well. Service at the restaurant was slow, but other than that, 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve played many a Nicklaus courses and this one is one of his most puzzling designs. Far too many blind shots along with very narrow fairways makes this course nearly unplayable for many amateurs. I would not want this track as my home course. The greens are so severely sloped that a two-putt is rarely achievable. If you’re going to play Pronghorn I’d recommend spending the extra bucks and opt for the Fazio course. I’ll guess that the members have gotten used to by now.
Probably one of the best courses I have played (100+ different courses played). The layout was amazing, both front 9 and back 9. Tee boxes were perfect, along with the fairways and greens. Rough was long enough to punish, but not long enough to lose balls. Didn't mind playing later afternoon for cheaper tee time. Staff was friendly, and the resort was beautiful. The practice area was nice, and the snack shack was good (grill not working). Highly recommend playing this course.
