I live in the neighborhood and this the fourth time that I have been on a beautiful day during listed business hours and it is closed with no explanation listed. And wonder why memberships are low.
I work the construction and the contractors that work to build these don't care about nothing, complete disregard for other properties
On the day of my closing, I received no information from Lennar about the community amenities. I had to find it on my own. When I called the HOA, a customer service representative was very helpful. Thank you, Coy!
