The Crossings in Anadarko

These apartments aren't terrible, but there are definitely some red flags you'll have to be okay with. Personally, I didn't deal with too much, except for small roaches in the first apartment I lived in and a fire that broke out in the middle of the night because of the breaker box in my second apartment. I ended up staying mainly because it was the cheapest option and the only thing available in town. The prices are okay, but the outside of the place looks rough, the stairs feel like they're about to fall apart, and it was really hard to get in touch with management-even though they said texting was the best way to reach them. Management was always nice except now that I moved out. It's been almost three months since I moved out and nearly two months since my lease ended, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Every time I ask, I just get, "I'll look into it," with no actual follow-up. Overall, I wouldn't recommend living here unless you have no other choice and can deal with all the issues.

I just moved in a few days ago and the staff has been really friendly and helpful. And it's a quiet apartment complex. I recommend this to a your looking for place to live

Really bad experience, disappointing stay. The place is deceiving, looks like a good place at first but isn't. The place would always be full of roaches, I had leaks in every window too. The property did not seem safe, all guardrails are wobbly, one even fell down and was never cleaned, they just placed a piece of board in its place. The electricity bill is a scam. My first month I was charged above $150, the next month I did not use any heat and only had the fridge plugged in and bill still came above $100. Discussed with other tenants and they also had sketchy bills. I have been trying for over 4 months to get my deposit back and I am backfed lies about it being "mailed out soon". I made a detailed report and have proof I left the apartment in same conditions as when I moved in. If you plan on visiting, take it easy on entrances as they all got a massive pot-hole somewhere.
