Mix of dense trees and wide open space. A small boat ramp protected from the main channel. Plenty of parking. Picnic tables and port-a-potties, no other facilities. University rowing, a sight to see. Ramps to both sides of highway eliminates left turns. Disc golf course was well developed but is now aging; some holes and tee boxes are very close to roads and parking places.
