Played this course in Santa Fe and was really let down. The “greens” were in terrible shape—barely playable. You couldn’t even putt in a straight line with how bumpy and patchy they were. Fairways didn’t really exist—just dry dirt and dandelions scattered around. To top it off, the course ranger told me I was lagging behind, even though I was clearly waiting for the group ahead to clear. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the price was decent. But overall, it felt more like a neglected field than a golf course.
This is a great public golf course the golf course is very well maintained and would play again. The pro shop had some options and had the basics of what you need. The marshal was very nice I was behind some slow players but that ok to take the the scenery of the area. I played the main 18 the 9 hole 3par course look great as well
First time ever play here. It was a nice experience. The staff inside the pro shop and the snack bar were friendly. The course was laid out nicely. Some of the greens and fairways were a little patchy or not really regular grass. Some bare spots some cracks in the ground. For the most part though you were hitting off really nice grass if you stayed in the fairway. If you got off the fairway into the rough it was deep, deep, deep. You better keep it straight at this course. Would I play it again? Yes I would do I recommend it? Yes I do give it a try and have some fun
