The Event Center at Sandia Golf Club

We just had our wedding at the event center at Sandia Resort & Casino and it was perfect!!! Danielle, Kym, Sylvia and the entire team made us feel so supported and cared for. Nothing was missed and everything EXCEEDED our expectations. From the resort to the ceremony and reception, we have received rave reviews from all of our guests about the hotel accommodations, the service, the food, the venue, the views, the golf! The most beautiful day at Sandia Golf Event Center with the stunning Sandia Mountains as our backdrop. The venue was absolutely perfect, and the food was delicious—everything we could have hoped for to make our wedding unforgettable! To top it all off, the wedding suite at Sandia Hotel was clean, spacious, and absolutely perfect. It was such a nice treat for the wedding weekend and made everything feel even more special. My husband and I got married at Event Center in Sandia Golf Club last month. The view is amazing. Food is good. The staffs are professional. However, I am very disappointed with the wedding ceremony decoration. I guess our wedding is small less than 40 guests. So, they didn’t really care much. We paid up $2500 just for the wedding ceremony ( wedding reception is paid separately). The only thing they did for us was setting up bunch of white chairs outside . NO DECORATION NO FLOWERS at all especially at the wedding arch. I was very upset when I walked down the aisle with my mom. I dream of my outdoor wedding ceremony but not this one. I wish I was told more details what they would do for our ceremony when we signed the contract. Another thing we are not happy is the contract. The wedding venue cost is divided into five payments but they don’t follow it well. It’s supposed to be paid completely before the wedding day. But they only withdrew two payments, then a week after the wedding they emailed us the big remaining balance bill that they added more $1500 for service fee on top of the wedding venue fee. We were stressed out with big bill after the wedding.
