What people say about (Isleta Golf Club)

Course (Mesa & Lakes) were in good condition. One tee box, #9, was in need of reconditioning. Inside staff were very friendly. Range balls available 30 minutes prior to your tee time included in the green fee. Long distances between green and next tee box so walkers have an extra challenge. Golf course merchandise available in the pro shop.

I hate leaving a bad review here because the staff in the shop and restaurant are really great. But wow, they have lost this golf course. Terrible conditions. It used to be one of the greenest courses in the area. For the last year it has gone way down hill. They’ve got casino money and reservation water. Yet, the city courses are in better condition. It makes no sense. Completely dead fairways, dirt tee boxes and the greens are still damaged from aeration. Hope you guys can turn it around soon.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic hospitality and accountability at this golf club. We played on a day with temperatures well into the upper 90s — dangerously hot conditions — and were assured by clubhouse staff (specifically Zach) that water would be provided at holes 4 and 7. That turned out to be completely false. There was no water at either location, and after bringing this to their attention, we were treated as if we were lying- they forced us to show them photos in order for them to even believe us. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a solution, we were dismissed and told to “figure it out ourselves.” Inexcusable behavior, especially when it comes to player safety and simple decency. A golf course that can’t be bothered to keep its promises or provide water during extreme heat clearly has its priorities in the wrong place. Save your time, money, and health — play somewhere that actually cares about its guests. If it weren’t for the disrespectful staff and lack of water, the course might’ve actually been enjoyable.
