What people say about (Prairie Queen Disc Golf Course)

Course is very long and spread out, good for those who want to throw far. However, if you want to keep all your disc, then play smart and stay on the fairway. The grass is tall, out of bounds areas are marked, some cattle fencing makes it …

Mostly open shots, non the less challenging ! Fun Seemingly very new.. the need some trees planted to grow up to make the coarse more challenging and shadey as well.. some water hazard shots not too bad for a decent arm

Bruce Ginkel

This course is 2.5 miles with NO shade. Prepare for that. WATCH YOUR DISCS LAND. If you lose sight of them you will lose them. Throw smart shots. Follow the intent of the flow mowed into the course and you'll enjoy it. Throw like a 🦍 and youll despise it. …

Jeffrey Hamilton

The initial 5 were just straight throws, the rest was more interesting to the players.

Kade Evans

Really fun course for about your amateur player but the grass I really tall and could be cut down better for sure. I know it is a new course so I bet that it will get better as it gets older. I really recommend.

Rebekah O'Reilly

When the tall grass is up, it's one of the best courses in the area.

BEN BENJAMIN

Tall grass not conducive to disc golf.. only the best players would be able to prevent discs from constantly getting lost

Course is very long and spread out, good for those who want to throw far. However, if you want to keep all your disc, then play smart and stay on the fairway. The grass is tall, out of bounds areas are marked, some cattle fencing makes it difficult to recover a stray disc. One bridge separates the course making it a far walk, about 2.5 miles all around. Tall grass and bushes makes is challenging, if your disc lands in the grass you might not get it back or could spend more time looking then playing. Course could be kept better, shorten the grass and brush, add 2 more bridges for convenience. Recommend wearing long pants, hat, ticks in the grass. Almost no shade, understand this is a new course. In a few years, some restructuring of layout, adding some more trees, bag hooks. This could be a good course to play, better for Intermediate and above.
